💡 Your Mission: Keep our hiring engine running

As Working Student Recruiting (Volume Hiring), you help us hire quickly without cutting corners, and support our Customer Success & Training teams (CX) with volume hiring. You’ll work closely with the wider team, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help build the university partnerships that keep bringing great people our way.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

• Support end-to-end volume hiring for CX, from job posting to offer

• Screen applications and schedule interviews for high-volume, fast-moving pipelines (onboarding managers, trainers, care experts etc..)

• Help build university partnerships with career centers and student groups

• Join campus events and info sessions that bring young talent into our pipeline

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in a relevant field

• Some exposure to recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination work

• Bias to action; moves before conditions are perfect and iterates in the open

• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace

• Speak Fluent C1 German
