We\u2019re a SaaS company specializing in secure data management around Salesforce environments.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines for large-scale data lake ingestion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
  • \n

    Data Pipeline Development & Operations:<\/strong> Design, build, handle, and monitor Spark data pipelines for large-volume data lake ingestion (handling hundreds of TBs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Platform & Cost Optimization:<\/strong> Continuously optimize the performance, reliability, and costs of big data pipelines and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Databricks, Snowflake & Cloud Engineering:<\/strong> Deeply leverage Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift, alongside cloud provider solutions (AWS S3, Glue\/Athena, Lambda) for scalable data engineering.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lakehouse Architecture:<\/strong> Demonstrate strong expertise in managing, creating, and optimizing Delta Lake or Apache Iceberg tables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Secure Data Management:<\/strong> Apply security-by-design, data governance, and compliance best practices across storage, compute, and sharing layers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/div>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • \n

    7+ years of experience in data engineering or backend data platforms, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience<\/strong> building and operating big data pipelines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Hands-on engineer background with proven track record handling large volumes of data (at least hundreds of TB).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Deep knowledge of at least one data lake platform<\/strong> among Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Strong expertise in Apache Spark (creation, handling, and monitoring of pipelines) and lakehouse table formats<\/strong> (Delta Lake or Apache Iceberg).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Strong Python or Java and SQL skills, cloud infrastructure (AWS S3, Athena, Glue), and IaC\/observability practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Solid understanding of cost management principles, data security, governance, and data modeling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Equivalent engineering school degree or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Fluent in English and French, with clear communication, ownership mindset, and strong collaborative skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/div>\n
