We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategic Valuation & Modeling team in Frankfurt or Munich as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will work with experts in the field of valuations, transformation, restructurings and transaction services, but will mainly focus on:<\/p>\n
Performing and reviewing complex valuation models<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You value companies, intangible and tangible assets as well as strategic alternatives in connection with tax, transactional and accounting matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You provide support with fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Being responsible for the day-to-day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Managing the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Steering and providing guidance to more junior team members<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Actively contributing to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Senior Manager to have :<\/p>\n
A Master\u2019s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Between six to eight years of relevant professional experience in valuations, corporate finance investment banking or corporate development\/strategy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
A clear opinion that you gladly share with others<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Fluency in German and English<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Prior experience in developing and managing small teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Eagerness to work on cross border assignments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
