And now, we\u2019re looking for you to join us on this mission!<\/strong><\/p>\n \n As our AI Enablement Manager<\/strong>, you will define and scale how voize’s team and team members use & adopt artificial intelligence Your the first person in such a role, working with and directly reporting to the COO. You build the infrastructure, guardrails, and enablement systems that help every team at voize adopt AI in a way that is safe, reliable, and actually improves work loops<\/strong>. You\u2019ll turn scattered individual hacks into repeatable practices. <\/p>\n \n If you’re energised by being a first-of-its-kind hire and enjoy turning experimentation into durable operating systems, this role is for you.<\/p>\n Build the AI infrastructure:<\/strong> Design and maintain voize’s internal AI productivity suite, connecting agents, data, and workflows to enable cross-functional automation and decision-making<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Automate complete work loops:<\/strong> Partner with selected teams to redesign and automate workflows so human involvement is concentrated on judgment, decisions, and interpersonal work<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Enable and educate:<\/strong> Build AI fluency across the organisation through onboarding sessions, workshops, playbooks, and function-specific best practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Set guardrails:<\/strong> Establish and enforce standards for AI governance, safe use, data handling, and compliance in partnership with Security and IT<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Consult & ship with teams:<\/strong> Partner with teams and leadership to embed AI into workflows, build agents and automations, and translate business needs into prioritised AI initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive change:<\/strong> Help people and management completely rethink how companies are run \u2014 managing the transition towards an organisation where humans and AI agents work side by side<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Turn usage into learning:<\/strong> Analyze tool usage and adoption signals, spot fatigue patterns, and iterate on what actually changes outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Build the context layer:<\/strong> Help create and maintain an LM-readable context layer with a sensible update process so agents and humans operate on shared truth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n 5+ years of experience<\/strong> in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment, with hands-on ownership of cross-functional initiatives including AI or advanced technology adoption. You path to this role can have been varied, from Engineering to Product Management or Business Operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong technical fluency<\/strong> in LLM-based systems (prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, APIs) and experience designing and integrating AI workflows across tools and data platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Engineer mindset<\/strong> – you can build, debug, and ship (not only strategy) along side of tech & non-technical teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven enablement track record<\/strong> – you’ve trained and enabled non-technical teams and driven adoption at scale, developing playbooks, learning content, and feedback loops<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Entrepreneurial and process-oriented mindset<\/strong> with strong communication skills, sound judgement, and comfort operating in ambiguity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Location:<\/strong> Berlin required.
