The consultant will work across several HR IT workstreams, identify dependencies and blockers, actively drive topics forward, and closely support internal workstream owners where HR IT knowledge is currently limited.<\/p>\n<p>This is <strong>not a pure PMO or reporting role<\/strong>. We are looking for someone who can understand complex HR system landscapes, challenge technical topics, structure unclear situations and actively push workstreams toward delivery.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> October 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 months<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workload:<\/strong> Full-time<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Predominantly remote (very occasional workshops onsite)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> English<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contract type:<\/strong> Freelance \/ B2B<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tasks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Take operational ownership across several HR IT workstreams within an international carve-out \/ separation program<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate technical and functional activities across SAP HCM and related HR systems<\/li>\n<li>Drive interface, integration and data-flow topics between HR applications<\/li>\n<li>Identify blockers, risks and dependencies and actively push resolution<\/li>\n<li>Closely support and coach internal workstream owners with limited HR IT experience<\/li>\n<li>Manage dependencies between Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, Workforce\/Time and other HR systems<\/li>\n<li>Track critical work packages and escalate delays where required<\/li>\n<li>Work independently with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior experience in complex HR IT transformation or separation programs<\/li>\n<li>Strong SAP HCM \/ SAP HR background<\/li>\n<li>Very good understanding of HR system integrations, interfaces and data flows<\/li>\n<li>Proven project or workstream leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with international HR system landscapes<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly structure complex situations and drive topics independently<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice-to-haves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carve-out, divestiture, TSA exit or stand-alone setup experience<\/li>\n<li>SuccessFactors and\/or SmartRecruiters experience<\/li>\n<li>Payroll and\/or Workforce Management \/ Time &#x26; Attendance experience<\/li>\n<li>SAP HCM exposure in APAC and\/or the Americas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Find <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbeitnow.com\">Jobs in Germany<\/a> on Arbeitnow<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Remote-EU","_application":"https:\/\/www.arbeitnow.com\/jobs\/companies\/sidekick-network-gmbh-co-kg\/senior-hr-it-project-lead-sap-hcm-integrations-carve-out-freelance-only-nearshore-bonn-437830","_company_name":"Sidekick Network GmbH & Co.
