Alternatively, a strong recruitment agency background with a distinct passion for transitioning in-house.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Mindset:<\/strong> An exceptionally proactive, self-starting professional. You excel when integrated directly into a business unit, driven by an inherent passion to discover new talent. You exhibit strong agility while navigating complex, fluid, and high-stakes environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Sourcing &amp; Collaboration:<\/strong> Outbound sourcing skills combined with a collaborative approach to partnering with internal Operations and Intelligence specialists.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Background:<\/strong> Experience in Talent Acquisition, Consulting, or Project Management is highly preferred to help navigate stakeholder landscapes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Education:<\/strong> A university degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Language(s): <\/strong>Professional fluency in English and ideally German.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Tech Stack &amp; AI:<\/strong> High comfort level utilizing standard recruitment infrastructure and generative\/agentic tools.
