Your primary focus will be the <strong>web surface<\/strong> and the <strong>automations sub-team<\/strong>: an emerging part of the product that is ready for dedicated design ownership, with a real opportunity to raise the bar and shape the experience from the ground up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<h2><strong>What you\u2019ll be working on<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Design the web interface for Air: team management, automation setup, and a results overview<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Shape the design process for the automations sub-team, working directly with developers to establish review and handoff practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">You decide what gets built. You turn a vague product direction into scope, a plan and a shipped surface, and you say no to the rest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Own how the design system evolves across web and desktop: what belongs in it, what stays local, how two surfaces stay one product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Vibe-code and use AI for prototyping when it helps move ideas forward faster<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning, bringing a design perspective to where Air should go next<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What you need<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>7+ years<\/strong> of product design experience, with great examples of delivering results that impact the business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Ownership instinct.<\/strong> You see features through from design to production. Delivery is part of your definition of done.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Excellent cross-team project delivery.<\/strong> You can work with limited context, clarify what matters, define the scope, and move projects forward across teams without needing constant hand-holding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Active AI user.<\/strong> You use AI tools in your design workflow. You\u2019ve experimented with building or prototyping with Cursor, Claude, or similar.
