Marketing Specialist<\/h3>\n

Thishands-on roleis idealfora self-motivated, organized, and creative marketerwho enjoysturningideasinto action.Reporting to the3Cloud<\/a>marketing leader, you\u2019llsupport the marketing teamacrosscontent, events, presentations,and marketing operationswhile gainingexposure toawidevarietyof marketing disciplines.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re looking forsomeone whocommunicates clearly, takes ownership, and is comfortablerolling up their sleeves tohelpothersexecute. You\u2019ll be a great fit if you like variety, enjoy creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, and are energized by coordinating the details that make events such as tradeshows, webinars,and in-person eventsrun smoothly.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll support themarketing team in theplanning, coordination, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives, including:<\/p>\n

\u2022Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and requests to keep priorities organized and on track.<\/div>\n
\u2022Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, and other events, including planning details, vendor support, communications, materialsshipping, tracking, and follow-up.<\/div>\n
\u2022Help maintain website content and support digital marketing activities across key channels.<\/div>\n
\u2022Create and update marketing materials, includingpolished PowerPointpresentations,LinkedInposts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement assets.<\/div>\n
\u2022Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories so resources are easy to find and use.<\/div>\n
\u2022Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administration of Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds.<\/div>\n
\u2022Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth communication, coordination,andhands-onexecution.<\/div>\n
\u2022Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify insights that can improve future marketing efforts.<\/div>\n

Requirements<\/h3>\n
\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.<\/div>\n
\u20223-5years ofB2Bmarketing experience, preferably inatechnology, SaaS,orprofessional services environment.<\/div>\n
\u2022Experiencewith CRM and CMS platformssuch asSalesforceandWordPress.<\/div>\n
\u2022Experienceusingdesign and social media tools such as Canva, LinkedIn and Sprout Social.<\/div>\n
\u2022Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,especially PowerPoint, along withOffice 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.<\/div>\n
\u2022Self-motivated, highly organized,andtask-oriented, with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and follow through on details.<\/div>\n
\u2022Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.<\/div>\n
\u2022Creative mindset with an interest in developing visually clear, engaging presentations and marketing materials.<\/div>\n
\u2022Interest in coordinating event logistics and managing the details that help tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and similar programs run smoothly.<\/div>\n
\u2022Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing approaches.<\/div>\n
\u2022Ability to use approved AI tools and productivity resources responsibly to improve efficiency, solve problems, and support high-quality work.<\/div>\n
