{"id":3110,"date":"2026-09-26T02:11:18","date_gmt":"2026-09-26T01:11:18","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T23:00:00","slug":"affiliate-manager-latam-29ed8","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/africantalents.online\/blog\/poste\/affiliate-manager-latam-29ed8\/","title":{"rendered":"Affiliate Manager (LATAM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/himalayas.app\/companies\/david-kennedy-recruitment\">David Kennedy Recruitment<\/a> is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager to join their team to support the LATAM market.<\/p>\n<h3>Position: Affiliate Manager<\/h3>\n<h3>Location: Remote, Argentina<\/h3>\n<p>Employment type: B2B contract \/ Services Agreement<\/p>\n<h3>Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.<\/h3>\n<h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and IBs while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage and monitor affiliate programs, campaigns, and partner activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicate with affiliates and partners to resolve account-related issues and provide ongoing support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify and negotiate cooperation opportunities with affiliate and traffic networks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Negotiate new agreements and renew existing affiliate partnerships<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare partnership proposals and evaluate ROI opportunities for affiliate campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor affiliate activities to identify fraudulent behaviour, policy breaches, or non-compliant marketing practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Analyse campaign performance, sales reports, and traffic data to optimise affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Research market trends, GEOs, and demographic data to identify new business opportunities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate with Creative teams to prepare promotional materials including landing pages, banners, teasers, and campaign assets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare marketing briefs and contribute campaign ideas, offers, and promotional initiatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events when required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>REQUIREMENTS:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Portfolio of LATAM clients<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels and traffic acquisition models<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent command of English and Spanish is mandatory<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience within Forex, Fintech, or Online Trading industry is considered a strong advantage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and priorities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Good organisational and project management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking systems, and performance-based marketing models<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Willingness to travel for conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>BENEFITS:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Be part of a dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working schedule is Monday to Friday, 09 AM &#8211;
