You’ll inherit a proven methodology from the German market and adapt it for French healthcare facilities. You will motivate and engage groups of 10-15 caregivers, empowering them to embrace the technology and improve their documentation workflow.<\/p>\n \n Lead in-person training sessions<\/strong> for new customer deployments, training groups of healthcare providers in French-speaking regions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Refine training materials and playbooks<\/strong> for the French market and for individual customers as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Travel to customer sites<\/strong> (estimated 2-3 weeks per month, depending on deployment schedule) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities across France.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Collaborate cross-functionally<\/strong> with Customer Success, Product, and our German training team to optimize training approach and share insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Measure and report on training effectiveness<\/strong>, using adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve our approach.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure compliance with French healthcare regulations<\/strong> and documentation requirements (GDPR, standards, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n 3+ years in training, onboarding, or customer enablement in B2B, ideally healthcare or another technical environment – and you have built a program from scratch, not just delivered one<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven track record designing and delivering in-person training to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Business fluent level of French (C2 or bilingual) including regional and cultural nuance, plus working English for the international team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You use adoption metrics and feedback to sharpen your approach, and you can work around legacy EHRs and limited IT infrastructure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n Become a co-creator of our success with virtual stock options.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n France-based opportunity.<\/strong> Work from anywhere in France (travel to customer sites as needed).
