Jos\u00e9 tends to lead early framing and direction. You bring strong craft and take the work to the finish line, in close sync with engineering. You both shape the new design language, and you push back with a better idea when you see one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<h2>What you are expected to do:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Shape the new design language and brand: design system, rebrand, and the new mobile app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Own the full design process \u2014 from an ambiguous problem to a polished, shipped solution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Drive the consumer experience: onboarding, social features, retention, and the learning loop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Work in close sync with engineers and PM, not as a handoff step &#8211; polish the implementation together until it feels right.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Bring your own initiatives and say \u00ab\u00a0no, but\u2026\u00a0\u00bb when you see a better way.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Raise the bar for the whole design team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you need to succeed:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>High craft<\/strong> \u2014 your visual work is polished and intentional; the details reveal your thinking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Storytelling over process<\/strong> \u2014 you take an ambiguous problem, frame it, and make it simple. Your portfolio shows artifacts, not diagrams; it has a point of view.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Consumer instinct<\/strong> \u2014 you&rsquo;ve shipped B2C products that people chose to use. You understand product metrics and use them as input, but you lead with feel and craft.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Opinions with backbone<\/strong> \u2014 you have a design philosophy, can defend it under pushback, and bring your own initiatives.
