a long way from done.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>GYC ADVERTISING @ CARWOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">This role sits within GYC (Get Your Car) Advertising, a fast-growing commercial team responsible for building Carwow\u2019s Used and New Car Advertising business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">The two markets are at very different stages:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">New Car Advertising is a mature, high-performing product with strong market fit and limited competition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Used Car Advertising is an emerging channel \u2014 competitive, fast-moving, and still being proven.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">We operate like a startup within a startup:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">small team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">high ownership<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p you\u2019ll help build the foundations of this business by creating high-quality outbound pipeline, shaping how we approach dealers, and defining what \u201cgood\u201d looks like from the ground up.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>YOUR MISSION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Your mission is to create qualified pipeline from cold outbound outreach, focused initially on Used Car Advertising, and set the sales team up to win.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">This role is not about closing deals or working warm leads.<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">It\u2019s about discipline, resilience, and learning \u2014 building strong sales fundamentals in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Generate outbound pipeline (Used-first)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Cold-call and message independent dealers and retail groups<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Open relevant commercial conversations about Used Car Advertising<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Book qualified meetings only for BDMs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualify before you book<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Ask structured discovery questions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Understand dealer context (stock size, sales velocity, appetite to invest)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Disqualify
