The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Crime change programmes, enhancing MI reporting and data quality, documenting business processes, and ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are effectively implemented across the function.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em\">\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Business Analysis &amp; Change Delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Support Financial Crime and bank-wide change initiatives from inception through implementation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into clear process and operational solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Produce current-state and future-state process documentation, process maps, and business requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist in the identification, assessment, and delivery of change initiatives impacting Financial Crime operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support project governance activities, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and implementation activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure procedures, controls, guidance documents, and training materials are updated following process or system changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Management Information (MI) &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Develop, automate, maintain, and enhance Management Information (MI) reporting capabilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Produce regular and ad-hoc management reports for operational teams, governance committees, and senior management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Analyse reporting outputs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data quality through automation and enhanced controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver insightful data analysis to support business decision-making and operational performance monitoring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>SQL &amp; Data Analysis<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Write and execute SQL queries to extract, join, aggregate, and analyse data from multiple sources.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support reporting and business initiatives through detailed data analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform data validation, reconciliation, and trend analysis activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify data quality issues and support root-cause investigations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Utilise advanced Excel techniques to analyse large and complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Financial Crime Operations Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Support Reverse KYC activities, including customer correspondence and record management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate information and documentation relating to Financial Crime processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with governance and control activities across Financial Crime operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Promote consistency of processes and reporting across EMEA teams and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Governance<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Build strong relationships across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Business functions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support governance forums through meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicate process changes, business requirements, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to cross-regional collaboration and alignment of Financial Crime processes and controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em\">\n<p> <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color:#121317\">Essential Skills &amp;
