As Warehouse Manager you\u2019ll direct the dedicated team at our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.<\/p>\n
Position Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Oversee day to day outbound warehouse operations, including freight, parcel and aisle inventory maintenance.Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping.Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team.Strong problem-solving skills.Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset.Available for travel to Uline\u2019s North American locations.<\/p>\n
